Order your Reality Check easily online and receive it at home within just a few days. Your package will arrive discreetly and neutrally packaged, so no one can see what’s inside.
2. Activation
Activate your test with the included QR code. Your Reality Check contains everything you need to carry out the test, including step-by-step instructions.
3. Samples
Collect your samples following the included instructions, pack them as described, and return them free of charge using the prepaid envelope.
4. Results
Once your samples have arrived at our partner lab, you’ll receive your results within 24 hours – digital, secure, and completely confidential.

Return shipping usually takes 1–3 business days. Once your samples arrive at the partner lab, the analysis starts immediately. From that point on, you’ll typically receive your results within 24 hours: digital, secure, and accessible only to you. We’ll notify you as soon as they are ready. Please note that weekends and public holidays may delay the process.
