Our interview process
Our application process is deliberately meticulous. We take the time to truly get to know candidates, understand their strengths, and jointly determine whether the role and environment are a good fit for them. We place great importance on openness and transparency so that both sides can make an informed decision. This way, we ensure that each position is filled by someone who is not only professionally convincing but also feels comfortable with us in the long term.

In an initial conversation, we would like to get to know you better, understand your motivation, and give you an insight into Every Health.
Case Study
You will be given two to three practical tasks to demonstrate your approach and working style.
Discussion of the Case Study
Together, we will review your results, discuss your thoughts, and provide you with feedback.
