Our application process
We have deliberately designed our hiring process to be thorough. We take the time to really get to know candidates, understand their strengths, and work together to determine whether the role and our environment are the right fit. Openness and transparency are especially important to us, so both sides can make a well-informed decision. This way, we ensure that every position is filled by someone who not only excels professionally but also feels at home with us in the long run.
Introductory interview
In our first conversation, we’ll get to know you better, understand your motivation, and give you an insight into Every Health.
Caste study
You’ll then receive two to three practical tasks that let you demonstrate your approach and working style.
Case study review
We’ll go through your results together, discuss your reasoning, and provide feedback.
References
We’ll briefly speak with 2–3 references of your choice to gain a fuller picture.
Optional third interview
If there are still open questions, we’ll schedule another conversation. Otherwise, you’ll receive our offer directly.

We’re usually in the office, but home office is possible. Fully remote roles are not offered, as personal collaboration is important to us. Still, we’re flexible when it comes to individual circumstances.
