We ship with DHL including tracking. Delivery is available within Germany.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs include packaging and delivery fees. These costs, including VAT, depend on your delivery address. Estimated costs may be displayed in the shopping cart and will be updated once you enter your delivery address. The final amount will be shown in the order summary during checkout.
We charge shipping costs as follows:

Delivery times
The time it takes for your parcel to leave our warehouse depends on several factors, but we do our best to avoid delays. Once we receive your order, it usually takes 1 business day to process it.
As soon as your parcel is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking code. (Please note: shipping carriers may take up to 48 hours to update tracking information.) From this point, you can usually expect the following delivery times:

Important information
The stated delivery times are approximate and refer to the time after your parcel has been dispatched. Every Health is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Unless otherwise specified in the product details, delivery will take place after order confirmation (or after payment is received in case of prepayment). Please note: no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
