Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place within Germany and, exclusively for the Gut Feeling product, also to the following countries: Netherlands, Poland, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Czechia, Finland, Ireland, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Cyprus, Slovenia, United Kingdom.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.00 per order.
For orders of €50.00 or more, delivery is free of charge.
We offer express delivery for a flat fee of €20.00.

Provision of digital content:
No shipping costs apply to digital content (data that is produced and supplied in digital form).
Digital content is made available to you via a link provided by email.
This email containing the access details for the provision of the digital content is sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery periods
Unless a different period is stated in the relevant offer, delivery of the goods takes place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods are shipped in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further details on payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive advance notice (pre-notification) at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure that the account has sufficient funds on the announced date.
When paying by credit card your credit card account is charged upon conclusion of the contract.
