The classic among soluble plant fibres. Psyllium husks can bind many times their own weight in water and swell into a smooth mass. It's important to always drink enough water so the fibres can swell properly.
Live microcultures
Bifidobacterium lactis HN019: one of the world's most thoroughly researched strains. Studied in clinical trials primarily in the context of digestive regularity, gut motility and transit time. We deliver it in every capsule as a live culture, embedded in the dry blend.
Aquamin® marine calcium
Calcium from a mineralised red algae, harvested off the coasts of Ireland. Aquamin® delivers calcium in a porous, naturally structured matrix. Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
INAVEA™ Baobab Acacia
A specialised blend of two fibre sources with a long tradition in Africa. Baobab fruit pulp is rich in soluble fibre; acacia is one of the best-tolerated fibre sources known to nutritional science.
Fennel seed powder
Fennel is one of the oldest cultivated plants of the Mediterranean and has been a fixture of European herbal lore for thousands of years. It had its place in Roman gardens and medieval monastery apothecaries. We use it in Gut Feeling as a finely ground seed powder.

- Morning: 2-3 capsules with breakfast and a large glass of water (at least 250 ml).
- Evening: 2-3 capsules before bed with a large glass of water.
- After 5–7 days: Your routine has settled in. You can reduce the dose to 2 × 2 capsules if it feels right for your body. Give it a try.
