Data protection notice for the online survey
Participation in the online survey is voluntary and completely anonymous. The legal basis for data processing is consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
The survey is conducted using a GDPR-compliant online survey tool "Fillout" (fillout.com), whose servers are located within the European Union. Processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Every Health GmbH concludes a data processing agreement with the provider of the survey tool in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR before use.
Apart from the anonymously collected responses to the questionnaire, the following data is stored per response dataset:

All data is NOT personally identifiable. The Network ID is an encrypted value that represents the IP address of the participant but does not allow the identification of individual participants.
The anonymous responses are then jointly evaluated by the surveying company and a private scientific institute. Tracing back to individual persons is excluded. The evaluation is carried out exclusively in aggregated or statistical form.
The anonymized data will only be stored for as long as necessary for evaluation and documentation and will then be deleted. Results will only be published or used internally in aggregated anonymous form.
